SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at myTinyTravler.com. Tiny Traveler strives to provide our customers with the best shipping options available. Our shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions that customers should be aware of when placing an order with us.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders placed before 11am PT on a business day (Monday through Friday) will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 11am PT will be processed the following business day.

Please note that we do not process orders on weekends, public holidays, or federal holidays within the United States. During periods of high-volume orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and customers can track their delivery status using our Order Status page [Link].

We understand how important it is for customers to receive their orders quickly and make every effort to ensure that packages are shipped as efficiently as possible. We use the best practices in order processing when selecting our shipping providers and consider factors such as reliability, speed and cost in order to deliver products quickly while maintaining reasonable pricing structures.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Once you place an order with Tiny Traveler, you will be sent a shipment confirmation email containing all the necessary tracking information. Your tracking number(s) also allows you to track your package and get real-time updates on its status. You can expect the tracking information to be updated within 48 hours of placing your order.

SHIPPING METHOD

The time it takes to receive your order depends on the Shipping Method you choose during checkout, and the time of day you place your order. Please see table below for estimated delivery windows & shipping options. Time estimates assume orders are placed before 11:00 AM PST on business days (except weekends and Holidays).

Free shipping is available for all continental US orders over $30. You must choose the free shipping option during the checkout process.

Expedited service is available for continental US orders subject to product dimensional weight. The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

Address Type – NON-CONTINENTAL US

Shipping options available for UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day

Expedited service is available for subject to product dimensional weight. The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

Address Type – MILITARY ADDRESS

Shipping option available for UPS Sure Post only.

EXCLUSIONS

  • Customers are advised to check the shopping cart page before checkout, as certain products may carry associated shipping charges.
  • The total item shipping charges will be detailed in the shopping cart page prior to checkout.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to ensure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product; once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is enroute, but you may cancel an order within 60 minutes of placing the order, and reorder with accurate details.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • If the order is cancelled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
  • If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. In this case, we will not replace the order or issue a refund.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are processed according to our Return Policy.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, even in the event of a return.
