Can I use other cords or cables that I have laying around the house?
We recommend only using the cables provided in the original packaging of the Tiny Traveler.

How many chargers are included?
Two USB Car Charger Adapters (output 5V DC 2A), one for the monitor and one for the camera.

What are the power options for the monitor and camera?
The monitor can run on battery (up to 4 hours) or be plugged into a 12/24V outlet. The camera can use a 12/24V outlet or the included battery cradle, which powers it for up to 8 hours per charge.

How long does it take to charge the battery cradle, and how can I check the battery level
Charging the cradle takes up to 1.5 hours. All four LED indicators on the cradle light up in blue when fully charged.

Does the Tiny Traveler come with a memory card?
Absolutely, a 64GB MicroSD Card is included in every Tiny Traveler Classic Ai monitor.

How long can I record using a 64GB memory card?
Up to 1,200 files, however the monitor works on a loop system and will delete the oldest recording first.

What is the maximum range of the signal?
The signal range is up to 1,000 feet without interference or obstruction.

Where is the reset button located?
There is a small pin hole where the reset button is located. You will need to use a paper clip to push the button.

What does the blue LED light mean?
The monitor power is on and is working hard monitoring your little ones.

What does the red LED light mean?
The monitor or camera is not receiving enough power, check the connections to the monitor to ensure proper connectivity.

How do I wake up the monitor when the screen saver is active?
You can wake up the monitor by tapping on the screen.

Why is my monitor not notifying me of my baby’s laugh and cry?
The AI-powered laugh and cry detection feature on your baby monitor is turned off by default to give you the flexibility to enable it when you're ready. To activate this feature, navigate to the AI Settings menu in the app. There, you'll find options for "Cry Detection" and "Laugh Detection." Once enabled, the monitor will use visual recognition to alert you whenever your baby laughs or cries.

Can I add an extra baby camera to the same monitor?
Yes, up to two cameras can be connected. Additional cameras are sold separately. Pair the new camera by pressing the pair button until it flashes blue and selecting "Pair Camera" in the monitor's settings.

Can I charge the battery cradle while using the camera?
Yes, the battery cradle supports pass-through charging.

Can I use third-party power banks to charge the Tiny Traveler?
Yes, third-party power banks that support micro-USB charging can be used.

Will the monitor or camera drain my car battery when the car is off?
Typically, no. Power outlets usually turn off with the vehicle, but check your vehicle's specifications to ensure no battery drain.
