Great customer service

Our camera fully stopped working a little over a year into having it. Customer service was excellent in helping resolve the issue with our tiny traveler and sent us a one time courtesy replacement.

Not worth the headache

Not worth the money. It worked for a couple of months and then just stopped working. No matter how many times I reset the camera, the issues still persisted. Any little bump would make the camera malfunction and disconnect from the monitor, which is super frustrating while driving. I even got a replacement from customer service and it had the same issues right out of the box. It’s a great camera quality and the idea is great, I just wish it was more reliable and wasn’t so sensitive.

Terrible night vision

Don’t buy!! Save your money!! The battery on the monitor drains quickly. Night vision is terrible! Everything is blurry and out of focus no matter what distance the object is placed. Not worth the price tag, wish I’d gone with a different one. Would not recommend.
